FREE SHIPPING On All Orders over $99! This shipping option is applicable for all orders within Canada shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (What is it?) with tracking information and email notifications. Shipping is not waived for free promotional items.

LOW COST SHIPPING On All Orders under $49! Orders under $49 ship for only $4.95! This shipping option is applicable for all orders in Canada shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (What is it?) with tracking information and email notifications. Shipping is not waived for free promotional items.

Processing and Delivery Time

Processing time can take up to 24 hours. Once processed the delivery time can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on where you are located in Canada. (Please note our warehouse is only open from Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM.) Orders placed over the weekends will only be processed on Monday or Tuesday.

*Orders placed over the Holidays and special Promotional Events can extend the processing and shipping time.

Our main warehouse is located in Montreal, Quebec and we also have a secondary warehouse in Richmond, British-Columbia with limited items. Depending on where you are located as well as the item availability, this will determine the time it will take for your order to be delivered.

Remote Locations excluded from Free Shipping. Additional charge may apply for certain items that are delivered to remote locations, since most remote locations are referred by Canada Post as “Air Stage Locations”-locations where mail must be airlifted more than 6 months of the year. We charge the following shipping charges on orders to remote locations:

● $20 shipping for orders under $99.99

● $40 shipping for orders between $100 and $199.99

● $100 shipping for orders between $200 and $499.99

● $140 shipping for orders between $500 and $699.99

● $200 shipping for orders between $700 and $999.99

● $250 shipping for orders of $1000+

Our customer service will contact you for more information if your order may qualify for extra shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. On average your order will be shipped the next business day with an estimated delivery of 1-5 business days. Free Shipping is not valid outside Canada.

●  1-2 Day to Montreal & Vancouver.

●  2-3 Day to Toronto. & Calgary.

●  4-5 Day to Yukon, North West & Newfoundland.

*Estimation given by Canada Post, some delivery can take longer.



Please check order confirmation email. If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, customers are responsible to report immediately to our customer service to update and make changes. If the problem is not notified in time and the order is in process or shipped out, the order must be returned to sender to either be resent or refunded (shipping fees will be applied)



  • We pay the cost for defective items, if the whole order is returned; you will receive a full refund. If only part of the order is returned; You will receive a refund for the item being returned only
  • We pay the cost for non-defective items being returned, please be advised that the cost of shipping will not be refunded. The total amount you will receive will be the amount of the item only.
    *There will also be a mandatory restocking fee of 10% for non-defective items.
    For replacements, if the product was ordered incorrectly by you, the cost of return will be on your behalf as well as the cost to send the new item.

  • We provide RSL (prepaid return shipping label) to confirmed items within their specific warranty period, unless in special circumstances authorized by our customer service. Items must be returned within 30 days after the RSL is issued. If the RSL is not used within the 30 days after it was issued, we are not responsible to provide a new RSL; customers will be responsible for returning the items.
  • We are not able to provide Return Shipping Labels to Metro pickup orders and orders placed outside of Canada; such orders need an authorization from our customer service to return the product back to our warehouse for either a replacement or a refund.
  • All free gifts/promotional products cannot be exchanged or refunded and must be returned if the associated item is being returned.
  • Limited in quantity: all free items will be on a first come first serve basis. No substitutes will be offered.
  • Dollar value coupons do not carry cash value, must be used in one transaction, the remaining amount will not carry over. Dollar value coupons cannot be redeemed as cash.
  • Users are responsible for shipping cost of "Free gift coupons" unless combined with an order subtotaling over $49.
