Free shipping for orders over $50.00 with tracking information and email notifications. Shipping will be applicable for free or promotional items.
C$7.95 for all orders under $50.00
Processing and Delivery Time
Processing time can take up to 24 hours after order is received. Once processed the delivery time can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on where to be shipped in Canada. (Warehouse is open from Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM.) Orders placed over the weekends will only be processed on next business day.
Orders placed over the weekends and long weekends, statuary Holidays may get delayed to next working day but will be shipped and notification will be issued to customer by email.
For places outside of main provinces, shipping may get longer time and may cost extra shipping charge but we will notify before shipping if system does not calculate correct shipping charge.
Outside of main cities, free shipping will be eligible for all orders over $100.00 instead of just over $50.00
Most orders are shipped next business day.
When place orders, please make sure you enter full and correct address so there is no fail delivery attempt and costs double the shipping amount. Our customer service may contact you to get the right address in case if they will see any doubt or incomplete address so please include your working phone number as well.
Always check order confirmation email to know the shipping time and tracking information. In case of incorrect shipping information and causing fail delivery, customer will be responsible for paying shipping charge.
WARRANTY RETURN OR REFUND.
- We guarantee our products 100% without any question asked. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality, we will send you a replacement at no shipping cost to the customer.
- If customer wants to return the whole order, customer will get full refund and customer will have to return full order at their cost.
- Refund will be made for product only without the shipping charges. (Shipping cost is not refunded as per industry standard)
- If refund is requested because the order was placed in error then we will require to charge a re-stocking fee of 10% and shipping charge will not be returned.

- To authorize returns, we will need to talk to the person who can give information about the problem incase if there is a warranty issue so we can try to resolve it over the phone.
- Any free gifts with the products cannot be exchanged or refunded and must be returned if the associated item is being returned.
